Travis from Larson Air had Sergio at my house by 8 a.m. on Monday--and he was terrific, polite, very thorough and explained what I needed to know. The day before, on Sunday, one of my AC units went out and I called them that night.

Sergio, who fixed the unit, was wonderful. He had been out on calls and had been working 7 days a week, but he was as neat as a pin and his uniform was clean. I was very impressed. And when he left here at 9:30, my house was cooling down. It was good, just as I expected. I thought Larson Air's price was reasonable and I just thank them for their quick response.
