It was my first time using Larson Air - Air Conditioning and Heating Service.I had an air conditioner that was 20 years old that stopped working all of a sudden. I spoke to Travis on the phone and he came out himself the next day to check it out. Turns out it was a problem with the fan, so he ordered a new part and got it repaired. I respect that he didn't try to include any extra charges or try to say anything else was wrong because I have had that happen to me before. Really honest and reliable guy. I will continue to use him in the future.
