I had been without heat for 2 days in the middle of the winter season. Larson Air was the only company available same day for a reasonable price in my situation.
The tech showed up fairly quick, checked the furnace and found the sensor was dirty. He was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes of his arrival. He was very professional and courteous to show me where the sensor was located and how it affected the entire unit.
I understood the service fee to include 30mins of service once the tech had arrived. However, I was billed for more time than I expected. The tech showed up quick and got my heat working in no time, so I didn't question the price. I would've appreciated more transparency behind my charges.
As far as using Larson Air again, I would. But would be reluctant to signing a contract until I understand their pricing structure better.
