Larson Air is really went the extra mile for me. I'm in Wisconsin, and I have a rental home out in Las Vegas with elderly tenants. They got there fast, took care of my tenants, and they were happy. They actually gave me three different options which meant they weren't just trying to make a big sale. I went with the most expensive one, which was to have the whole unit replaced.

They went above and beyond by taking pictures of the old and new units so that I could see all the work that they did. I was spending a lot of money over the phone, and this meant a lot to me. I know they must be busy people, so to take the time out to send me photos was the cherry on top of why I rated them so highly. Talk about great customer service!
