I had Larson Air sent out to the house to service it's A/C. I live out of state in Nebraska and the house is in Las Vegas. The technician sent me some pictures showing me the issues with the components inside. They called me back about what I wanted to do and the technician gave me his recommendation of replacing just one component that would get it up and running or replacing other parts that would wear down the wear of the unit itself. I went with the former recommendation.

We worked over the phone and they were pretty good to work with. Never had any issues with them. I had to reschedule to accommodate the tenant in Las Vegas and Larson Air worked with me--was never an issue. They also allowed me to provide payment directly to them over the phone so the tenant didn't have to deal with any payment issues.
