I recently contacted Larson Air for a maintenance call. They came out to get my air conditioning system ready for the heat. When Jared was running a few minutes late, he called to let me know, which I appreciated.

He was neat and very upfront, explaining everything that was happening so that I understood it. When he found one little problem, he gave me a price for what it would cost to fix it. I am having him come back this week to work on that.

I did not feel that Larson Air overcharged me. It can be hard to find AC people in Las Vegas that are honest, and I felt that Jared was honest and trustworthy.
