More time was spent attempting to sell than to service.
Larson Air came out to do the service of one of my air conditioning units, which I had done once or twice a year with different companies. They seemed to spend their time determining the 1000-plus worth of repairs that they recommend I spend on making changes. I didn't end up hiring them for those repairs.
