Called @ 8 am for downed AC on 90degree days near 80 nights. Appointed time was 11a to 2pm, then got a call that technician can come sooner if ok, and was it ever!!! So Stan pulls into my drive around 0930 gets me fixed and we cool by 1030. Granted it was a simpler fix than some I'm sure, but sure appreciate the friendly, prompt service on a record hot day!
