Ken's service was excellent in every way. Initially, he came out, explained the issues in removing the tree, and determined he could do it, and for an extremely reasonable price.
On the day the tree was to be removed, he arrived on time, and explained exactly what he would be doing and why. He was very patient with my questions, and answered so that I knew what he meant. The actual work was extremely efficient and professional, and he was able to fell the tree exactly where he said he would, in spite of the fact that the rot inside made it difficult, and he had to respond quickly and accurately.
