Dan did a great job on our home inspection - he zeroed in on important details and explained everything well. The report he compiled will be a great resource in the first few years as we set out to make all of the major and minor corrections, and the photos and explanations in that report make it easy to follow. I also appreciate the maintenance schedules and tips he included.
