Dan is very knowledgable & has never missed anything on the inspections he's performed. I've been forced to use other inspectors and have been disappointed every time. They all seem to miss the big things. Termites, dry rot etc. He is stellar with first time home buyers. He is very good at explaining all problems to them regardless of how big or how small. He also provides a home maintainance program with his inspection for them. I've never had a client that didn't think he was the best!
