We switched to him from another inspector on the recommendation of a family member. So glad we did! He was extremely thorough and produced a report full of hints about how to maintain the house, not just things that needed to be fixed. The knowledge he gave us will be very helpful going forward to keep the house in good shape. Our realtor even said that Dan will be his new go-to inspector.
