we are a condominium association in need of inspections for all common elements
We called several inspectors, Emerald Home and building inspections responded quickly and worked with us as to what our needs were. the inspector came out to look at our complex and submitted an estimate. We scheduled a time that worked for him and us as he needed to get into some units to do third floor decks and attics. He was on time and spent his time at work and not chit chatting with owners.
