Dan is so knowledgable in what he does. With his help we learned a lot about our new home and the amount of work needed to fix it. He went into the smallest detail and inspected every nook and cranny of our home. Lucky he informed us of every detail of work needed before we closed on the house which in return helped us get a better deal on the home. Even now through the renovation when we have any questions he is able to educate and provide helpful information.
