I've been using Jewel Auto for at least seven or more years. As a mechanically-challenged person, I've always been at the mercy of the guys at the dealership or shop who tell me I need this or that done and, when the car still wasn't right, I'd have to take it back again. I trust Jewel because I never feel like they are looking for things to tack onto the regular service checks and whenever they do have to fix something, I never have to take it back and spend more money to fix the same problem all over again. Great mechanics with great integrity!
