Our inspector, Trevor, was very thorough. He explained all of my questions during the inspection. After, the report helped us request the majority of repairs to be fixed. We saved approximately $1000 by requesting these repairs. Further, now we know exactly what we need to watch over the next years. We are able to close comfortably on our house, knowing that it's not hiding some serious issues. Thank you!
