The Care Shop worked on our son's much older vehicle twice. They always deliver on time and communicate with us. We didn't take the car to the shop before buying it, but Mark said he never would have recommended the purchase, because there were a lot of complications and the car wasn't maintained well and taken care of.
Mark was very honest and said offered to look through a potential car and offer his opinion for a small fee next time.

Mark is very honest and upfront. He doesn't expect you to do everything and he just does what it takes to fix it for you. Cost-wise nothing is reasonable, but his prices aren't bad.
