The Care Shop has very honest people. They give me information and I am comfortable knowing that they're not going to overcharge me. Mark tells me specifically what is wrong with the car and charges for specific parts and time. I know The Care Shop likes to use original parts if possible. The people there are all patient, honest, and trustworthy. They check and double-check their assessments and diagnoses. They would even refer me to a different place if they can't do the work themselves but know a place that can. The Care Shop was referred to me by a friend and I have referred them to my friends. I've taken multiple vehicles there during short a duration and been satisfied each time.
