The Care Shop has always been a great place to go! This was not my first time using their shop. I recently took my car in for the 5,000-mile maintenance check and everything turned out fine. They get me in and out quickly. If I have had to leave my car it is always ready when they say it will be. The staff is all very pleasant and easy to work with. When I have taken my car in with a problem they are able to make the assessment then let me know what they have found and what they can do to fix it. They also take the time to answer any of the questions I have without making me feel rushed. Their pricing is reasonable and I like that they all are very professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to use The Care Shop.
