I am mostly happy with the service from The Care Shop, especially the quality of their repairs. I will continue to use them. However, I am a little bothered that they don't communicate the status of the repair to me. I often don't hear from them and feel like I have to chase someone down to know when my car will be ready. I would just like to hear from them sometimes or to at least get answers when I call. But, they do a good job on the car and I'll continue to go back there. I also recommend them highly for the quality of their work.
