The Care Shop has always done a great job for us! This was not our first time using them. My husband and I both take our vehicles there. I recently went in for just an oil change and my husband's car was recently in for a slip differential. Everything turned out perfectly as always. The staff is always pleasant and they call back in a timely manner. They are able to schedule us in promptly. The technicians are wonderful. They all take the time to explain what they find with their assessment and explain what they can do to fix it. They give a good ballpark figure on new, used parts or manufactured parts and let you know what the advantages or disadvantages are to waiting to fix it or not. They also take the time to answer our questions. Their pricing is spot on and their customer service is wonderful. That is what keeps us going back!
