On July 8, 2011 I called Metro Lock and Safe to come out and look at a door knob that was sticking and not working at all sometimes. The Tech was very helpful and completed installing a new key latch within 10 minutes. He then presented me with a bill for $121.50. I wrote to the company and received a short note stating that with the $75.00 trip charge plus the labor and the key latch that was replaced, their prices where within standard limits. HERE IS THE PROBLEM. Their website clearly states that there is NO TRIP CHARGE. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone despite the fact that their workmanship maybe about the same as other locksmiths. Link to their site http://metrolockandsafe.com/
