Metro Lock Service has been great. They really are a top notch company. The last time they came out for me because I had a key issue. They straightened out the issue, which wasn't even their fault, and did not even charge me. They definitely have my repeat business.

I have been using them for about a year. I have stores that I need to maintenance, and have to gain access, so they help with that, in addition to all kinds of other stuff. John especially is really good, and I often specifically ask for him. They are all accommodating, and I would highly recommend them.
