I am so impressed with Metro Lock Service. I found them on a website and saw that they had 5-star ratings, so I decided to call them. Their customer service was excellent.

Ken came out about an hour after I called. He was very nice and made me feel comfortable having him in my house. This was important to me because I live alone and, the night before, I had called 911 at 2 a.m. because someone was ringing my doorbell.

I thought that I was going to have to buy a new lock but I did not. Ken changed my tumblers and also made my 3 keys into 1, which made my keychain much lighter! He even fixed my back-door gate lock, so when I close it, it actually locks.

I have already recommended Metro Lock Service. When I pay for a service, I expect the customer service to be good. With Metro Lock, everything was perfect.
