I hired them to secure a safe, after the tech showed up and was boasting how good he was he drilled the holes in the concrete wrong, he then proceeded to drill the mounting holes in the safe oblong to make it work. After he was finished, it wobbled real bad because it was on carpet and he said it would be fine. After calling up the next day to have it redone, the tech blamed me because it was sitting on carpet and stated he would have to recharge me to come back out to fix it. Now mind you I'm not the professional so how would I know you shouldn't mount a safe on carpet and why didn't he suggest removing the carpet to mount directly on the concrete to be more sturdy. After arguing with the owner for a period of time he agreed to reimburse my money.
