Around 6 years ago we purchased a new TV/Audio system from Mir Audio. Since that time we have had only a few service requests, including today. Roy was able to send someone out to check out the problem in less than an hour from the time I called. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. I like the personal attention we receive from Roy and the team. They are very busy, but never forget customer names! They are the best!
