They were recommended by Mission Audio in Santa Barbara who installed Sonos for my home; they are the premier company for that area. I believe MIR is the equivalent for Los Angeles. MIR prides itself in service foremost, and making the customer happy. They stayed with my job until all of the kinks had been worked out, and I understood how everything operated. It required a second visit, for which I was not charged. They gave me excellent notes, and had me operate the system to my understanding before they left. I would highly recommend MIR. They are not inexpensive, but here is a case of where you definitely get what you pay for--excellence and service!!!
