I asked Sid Mourning Tree Service to come to my house to provide a quote to remove one tree. During the meeting, Sid mentioned that I should have all of my trees trimmed while the guys are on site because the cost will be minimal. I was interested and was provided a quote for tree removal and trimming. Nothing was put into writing so I followed up with an email stating the quote and work discussed. I ended the email stating if there are any misunderstandings on my part please let me know. The only follow up was an appointment was made so I thought we were on the same page. I took the day off work and the crew showed up and immediately informed me they were only going to remove the tree and trim one other tree which is not at all what I was quoted. An hour later, a manager showed up and I provided the email confirming the scope of work that was quoted to me do they finally got to work.
