I had such a great experience with Good Morning Tree Company today. Last week Mr. Mourning came over to look at what I wanted done. I told him about my concerns regarding a big tree branch that was really close to my deck. It had a "V" shaped split in it, so I was worried about the wind causing it to fall and hit my upper deck. We decided to remove the entire tree. There was also wisteria that had been growing on a structure of 2x4s for about 25 years. It was growing between the structure and onto the roof, and the trunk was the size of a person's leg. They not only removed it, but the structure as well. They also removed some of the dry rot it had caused. I brought out my dry rot kit to work on it, and they offered to do it for me. They hung from trees to get to the dry rot with a paintbrush.
When they were finished with those projects, they asked if there was anything else I needed. I told them they could go home for the day if they wanted, or there was some american holly that was too close to the house and needed to be removed. They took care of that and also trimmed a tree that was near my garage and too close to the roof. I called them after they were done to tell them how amazed I was with the work they did.
One of the reasons why I went with this company was because a friend recommended them to me. I also like that he's a licensed arborist who carries insurance. Because of that I didn't have to worry about his crew. They were all professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Also, they were all experts with chainsaws. They arrived on time and it was easy to schedule with them. I'm really happy with how everything looks. They were so thorough that they saw more than I realized, which was good for me.
The first tree service I had used scared me of all other tree services, but this one is now a permanent reference in my book.
The crew works well together and they worked non-stop until lunch. They didn't go out to my curb for smoke breaks like the last crew that was out here. They were also respectful of my home and property. I've used other contractors for various projects in the past and it can be difficult when you have a lot of people on your property. This crew, however, had a leader who knew where all his people were at all times and was giving them direction. The leader wasn't just a supervisor to them though, he was their teammate and worked with them. It was great. They're the best contractors I've ever hired for anything. They were highly coordinated and prepared. When they were done, they cleaned everything so well. They blew out the gutters, cleaned off the roof, and picked up the yard. It was such a wonderful, stress-free experience for me.
