I have recommended Aero Clean Landreth Carpet for rug cleaning and have been using the same company for years and years -- going back to when they were Landreth. They do a thorough job and their prices and customer service are good.

They do my area rugs and they pick up, take in and bring them back. It takes just shy of a week, depending on when I want them. The rugs I have aren't that easy to clean; they are really tightly knit woolen rugs.
