I had taken my area rug to another cleaning service. They rolled up my dirty rug when it was damp and apparently left it that way for a week and told me my carpet was cleaned and argued with me I had the worse experiance ever!! I called Aero Clean Landreth and talked to Stephanie she was so understanding I knew I was in good hands. I knew my rug was a challenge and Ken and his team conquered it!! They picked up and delivered which was really a plus. And in addition to all the great customer service I received the cost was very reasonable. I am so pleased to have found a cleaning service for my area rugs.
