I went to Custom Painting and I am sad to say they disappointed me on a number of levels. At the start the owner came and carried out the diagnosis which went smoothly. After that the painters themselves came and did a good job, but there were a few problems that arose. To start off I was told by their staff that they would cover/fill in the holes in the walls left my paintings or pictures had hung but this was not done. One of the painters locked his keys in the house whilst on the job and I had to call a neighbor to go over and let them in. The painters also managed to get paint on a couch and on my grandsons bedspread. A while after the job's completion I began to notice some of imperfections in the workmanship. The issue was that the painting was carried out in the winter and a number of these imperfections were only visible in the bright daylight that comes in the summer months. I called back Custom Painting informing them of this issue and I was met with an unfriendly voice that said I should have called them back at an earlier stage. They said they would send out a team to fix up the shoddy job they did but this team did not show up when they said they would. I called them to ask where they were and the staff member I spoke with said that I had been forgotten about and that they would be around the day after. They are yet to come still, even after I have called them they have not taken them time to return any of my calls. I went to Custom Painting due to the great testimonials on their commercials but they have really been disappointing.
