Ross was right on time this morning. Although he had not provided service for me before, he was very personable, and I felt right at home with him. He proceeded very efficiently to give both of my air-conditioning systems their tune up. I especially liked the way that Ross was so thorough in cleaning my systems, and was witness to his excellent job. He represents Environmental Heating & Air of NC. very well. I would definitely want him assigned to my next job.
