I had a problem with my A/C unit making a loud noise and giving off an order like smoke. Environmental sent out a service tech immediately and diagnosed the problem in under an hour! It turned out to be a bad fan motor which they replaced very reasonably. Hats off to the team at Environmental - they really did save the day.
