Good

New HVAC was put in. Good job from the installers. It was raining and cold, but they stick around and try to complete as much as possible. Would have been excellent if the installers provided more communication as to when they were coming back and provide the serial number to the unit.

We agree After all the hard work Environmental Heating & Air does to insure a proper correct installation of your Heating & Air Conditioning installation, replacement we feel the same as you it was academic. Because it was a roof top unit our installers thought this information was given. But true to our commitment at Environmental Heating & Air of NC we dispatched a truck to get what you should have had. If you would go up to the unit you would find it is dead level wires tight, Mastic sealed proper and beyond code. Sheet metal just spot on. Thank you for your review and hire of our company. We have already made sure that a serial number is never an issue when we all work so hard to give you excellent quality and the knowledge that we enjoy going home at the end of the day proud of our work.
