I received the estimate and there was one line on it stating the cost of the job. I requested an itemized list only to be told, rather rudely, that with one window this was the price and there was nothing to itemize. When I pushed and stated I would like a breakdown of the ladder fee they were charging, the travel costs since I am three miles from their office, etc. I never even heard back from the lady. Her name is Daphne.
