Thomas Sommer is conscientious and reliable. He managed and scheduled all the subcontractors on 2 of my remodels. Most of the subcontractors were very good, honest and reliable. I was not satisfied with the plumbing work and felt overcharged for it and for this reason did not give an “excellent” score. It is my understanding that they use different plumbers now so probably the point is irrelevant.
