I am a single older woman and, before I found Leale's Transmission and Auto Repair, I was very fearful of mechanics not treating me with respect. I have been using Leale's for 3 years now and they have taken such good care of me.

They take the time to give me answers and check out my car thoroughly. They also take the time to drive the car with me.

They always back up their work. For example, after they fixed a major problem that I had with my car, the engine light came on when I was driving. I called them and they had me come back so that they could look at it. They did not know if it was their fault or not but they took care of the problem at no cost to me.

I also am very impressed with the cleanliness of their shop. You could eat off of the floor. If there were a rating for cleanliness, it would be Excellent.

Leale's has won me over in terms of making me feel comfortable and well-taken-care-of. I feel very fortunate to have found them and cannot praise them highly enough.
