I was having an issue with the city with a leak in the alley. I had read a great review so I gave them a try. First Denise who set up my appt was the most pleasant and informative which lessened my fear if a first time customer. She called and the plumber was able to come out sooner, no leak was found and my case with the city was closed. The plumbers were very friendly and informative and helped me to understand the issue and where the leak might be coming from.
