placed order on 6/9 which my cc was charged that day! website said product was in stock (FALSE ADVERTISEMENT)& would ship in 2-3 days, waited for 5 days, called was not in stock expected in on 6/17! Called back on 6/17 only to be told was on backorder and would be another 2-4 weeks! Cancelled order during that phone call and was told cc would be refunded in 2-3 days!! Have called REPEATEDLY since then to no avail. Just got off the phone with the "supposed" new bookeeper named Jaylene who tried to tell me it would be another 2 weeks!! Went off on her, as I have been waiting a month since I canc the order!! I do cc refunds a legitimate company can credit it right away!!! Asked to speak to the owner of this fraudulent company whom I was told is Walter Parsons, but of course he wasnt in! Asked her to get ahold of him and have him return my call, her response then was he is out of town!! what a joke. I have also left several messages for someone named Cindy, whom i assume is the receptionist with no return phone calls. Also have spoken to Trevor and someone named Jamie and no-one there seems to have a clue!! I have now placed a call to my financial institution to file a fraud claim against them and I have personally named the so-called owner. My next call is to the Texas Attorney General as well as the BBB. Please heed my warning and DO NOT give these people any business!!! Funny how it only took them an hour to charge me for a product they didnt even have and It is now almost a month and they can't figure out how to refund my card!!! Bunch of Morons
