This is my second time as a customer of Islander Pools. About three weeks ago they finished building a pool for me and I'm happy with the result. Their work is high quality, and if I'm not happy with something they always resolve it promptly. Also, I like that they don't ever pressure me to buy things I don't need; they're very upfront.
I also feel that they have really good communication. The project manager, Joe, was very responsive whenever I texted him or needed something. I was also kept informed about which contractors were coming that day and when they were scheduled to arrived.
All of the different contractors who came over were really friendly and professional. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of my questions and explain the process. It was a great experience.
