The pool by Infinite Pools is beautiful! We love it. It is exactly what they said it was going to be. The lights are fun and the craftsmanship of the details is perfect and exactly what they promised. Frank was excellent until he quit, then Mike took over as project manager. Mike did a good job keeping everything on track. We had a tight timeframe that was planned out six months in advance to be ready for the swim school my daughter runs for the neighborhood. We ran into some unexpected complications that had nothing to do with the pool. The cover for the entire pool and deck area turned out to be rotted and had to be replaced. The subcontractor Infinite Pools hired for the concrete wasn't very good. I don't think they were Infinite Pools' first choice. The concrete company was adequate but not great. There were some problems with the concrete work that made me unhappy. But Mike did a good job mitigating the problems and sticking to the timeframe. In the end, there weren't any unexpected bills like there can be with big projects like this. Even though the schedule got thrown off-track by the need for a new permit and the concrete problems, Mike kept everything under control and got it done on time. The pool is beautiful! We are very happy!
