Accurate Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air did a fair job for me. This was not my first time using their services. They installed the electrical panel a while back. I had them come out recently because two of the plugs in the kitchen did not work. The technician was prompt, polite and professional. He was able to assess the problem quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain his findings to me and answer the questions that I had for him. However, he said getting that outlet in the kitchen to work if either of the two plugs was not working was to hit the reset button on it. Neither of those two outlets is working even after hitting the reset button. I did call the office but I did not request for them to come out here for a third time because I already paid for the first and second house call. I do not want to pay again for them to fix the same problem yet again. At this time I do not know if I would use Accurate Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air again.
