We contracted Lipton (we were working with Malcolm Hinds) to help us outfit our new home with all of our A/V needs. After talking to BayBloor radio and a few other big name outfits we expected a lot more of the same (high prices, reasonable service, nothing to write home about).

We were surprised throughout the process. Malcolm took the time to come out to our place, listen to what we needed and come up with solutions that worked. I took four months to come up with the Televisions I wanted and the speakers that will work for me, he never lost his patience or did anything short of professional.

The best part - when the guys came to install the equipment (three days of hard work) they were AMAZING. At one point the guys realized that my wife forgot to get a base for one of our new beds - they went to the back, got some plywood and a saw and BUILT IT, why are the AV guys building beds for us? I don't know but I can tell you that this closed the deal for us, if we didn't love them before (and we did), we did after that. Oh, Bell forgot to show up, came in late, messed up their install and needed three visits to 'make it happen' which required the guys to work on a Sunday before Christmas - they did, all day, so we will NOT be stuck with family and friends coming in the next week - can't thank them enough.

Malcolm was great, the guys installing were amazing, this is a professional, friendly, cost effective, great outfit!!!
