It's always a pleasure dealing with Malcolm. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There's no high-pressure sales tactics. Just great advice and outstanding service.

It's also a pleasure dealing with the installers, Sascha, Dan and Rob. They're reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, and neat. They've done some major installations for me, and each time it went extremely smoothly. They came when they said they would, did a beautiful job, and left no mess behind.
