I started my home theater search with Ryan and Litpons Audio and looked no further. Over the last 6 months I've been in the process of putting together the right audio video set up for my basement theatre as it was under construction. As a past Customer of Ryan's for minor audio pieces, such as, outdoor speakers and other high end cables, I felt comfortable in leaving many difficult decisions to his professional guidance and advice.
My recent purchasing experience was enjoyable to say the least, as Ryan took the time to firstly find out what my requirements were and build my system from there. Not wanting to blow my budget out of the water was a concern for me and although I went slightly over, I never felt that Ryan tried to push any product on me that wasn't either suited or necessary for my system. That is what truly makes an experienced knowledgeable sales professional!
As for the products: I purchased the Golden Ear Super SAT 50 series speakers for my front 3 speakers and the Super SAT 3's for the rears. The sub I went with is the Forcefield 5. I've never felt a more powerful yet controlled sound working in synchronization like I do with these speakers. Part of what I mentioned about Ryan having the knowledge to choose the right product came into play when choosing the sub. I was convinced that all I needed was the Forcefield 4 sub, but based on size of my room (20'x15') and the open concept of my basement, Ryan took the liberty to ensure that the Forcefield 5 would be the right sub for the space as well as the speaker setup.
I would recommend these to anyone looking for top of the line sound quality!
The receiver powering these speakers is the Pioneer SC-65. With the system EQ setup to my room size everything sounds amazing! I couldn't be happier. Can't wait until my upstairs main room legacy sound system needs replacing!
