I called MainStream and, a man named Rick came out, he was on time, very through and explained everything he had to do to in order to meet my request for service. He gave me a quote and told me the office would call to set up an appointment to do the work. The office called, two days later Rich arrived, again on time, did the work downstairs and after he finished I mentioned I need a bid for work upstairs, he took the time to check what I was asking and again said the office would set up an appointment and call me. Again the office called, Rich came out on time, did the work requested and then mentioned that "of course" it is all covered if I had any problems. Clean and neat - never left a mess! WOW all the work I needed done, done by the man I asked for, in the time frame I asked for within my budget. It does not get any better than this! Thank You Rick! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
