I feel this shop/business has lost touch with customer service and quality, honest service overall...a total shame
Last few visits noticed a real pattern of decline in service and workmanship as well as a some really oddities to do with charges for labor as well as parts... in the past I have recommended this shop and had some interesting and recently mostly negative feed back from others as well...very disappointing...now I am searching for a new shop.
