UPDATE OCTOBER 10-2014. FIVE STAR'S!

OK. took two vehicles in so far. My Lexus had an engine light on so would not pass AirCare. Cynic that I am, I looked around. Canadian Tire service manager gave me a song and dance.. "could take weeks for the engine light to go out after we charge you and there are no guarantees..." sketchy. ok, pass on him... GEM Auto said a diagnostic fee of $250 starts the party and we go from there... No warm and fuzzies... Both had dissatisfied reviews.
Finally found these guys on Google and the reviews rocked.
Shelly introduced me to "my mechanic" HA! :) and a great discussion covered costs... $65! For a diagnostic fee.. And they called me in Ontario with the costs of about $400 for a rear something sensor part. I mean, it's a Lexus, right? I had checked and knew the price was fair for that part.

They then took my car through AirCare themselves while I was in Toronto and charged me nothing but the underlying costs from AirCare!

The engine light is off, I passed AirCare and they gave me a 15% discount off the final price as I work nearby. Shelly even drove me back home when I left the car! Holy!

Met the grandkids, the dog, the new gal Ashley. It's like I'd been going there for years.

There is hope for humanity after all. :)

SEPTEMBER 22ND - 2014.I am looking for an honest repair shop. I am tired. Is there one? I have read these reviews and they sound amazing. So I am going this week! I will write back and update my review asap! Here's to hope!
