DS Burkholder were very responsive when we would call. You can get someone readily available. They did a nice job for us recently, just excellent work. They were here when they said they would be here. We're actually having a change up, and they're doing another service for us free of charge. We had white outlets installed, and we wanted another color, and they're doing it for free, the outlets and plate covers. So I'd say that they're very flexible. Everything's come out great so far. The customer service has been great, really nice, no problem at all. The guys were very friendly and easy to work with. We've used them in the past, we keep coming back because of their reliability. I would tell a potential customer of theirs that they're reliable, do a good job, and I would recommend them.
